Nothing is more magical than teaching others how to do what you do. Matt learned from some of the best wizard-like artists over the years, and with their instruction he gained an awareness of what makes a good teacher as well . Matt has had the privilege of guest teaching workshops for art museums, high schools, community colleges, National puppetry festivals, and the Smithsonian. he has also worked as a faculty teaching artist for the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in Georgetown, DC. as well as a recent adjunct professor of puppetry in education at Fresno State University. Over the course of the pandemic, Matt also created several teaching videos for the Kennedy CEnter and others.
